The appointment involves mental mediumship, whereby someone from the world of spirit wishing to be remembered may communicate through Anne-Marie to you.

Anne-Marie uses her 'clairvoyance, clair-knowing, clair-sentience to resonate with your loved ones thought vibration to gain an impression of the messages they wish to be conveyed.
