ABOUT THESE SESSIONS:

These classes are for everyone — whether you’ve never picked up a pencil before, a novice, a regular student of mine, or you’ve been drawing for years.

The art repetitive flow, keeps you grounded but also supports calmness and the letting go of perfectionism.

​We’ll draw together step by step, with little pauses where you simply follow the flow without overthinking. By the end, you’ll have created something unique — sometimes abstract, sometimes botanical — and you’ll also be inspired to write a few words from spirit to share with the group.

With no decisions to make and no need to talk until the sharing at the end, you get two whole hours of simply following, drawing, and being connected to Spirit throughout.  Each class is stand alone, so you can drop in anytime. However, the more classes you do the more confident you will feel in Lesson 9 which is a bit more advanced and where you'll be expected to be able to draw unaided in the creative flow.
