RELAX AND DRAW FREE CLASS A Therapeutic Art Session with Spirit Connection through Drawing Meditations ================ You are invited to attend my 45-minute free online, meditative, therapeutic drawing space, where you create art! You will be supported by the presence of other like-minded students creating their art as they listen to my talk flow! It's a lovely, intimate community of people interested in art in varied forms, and you're welcome to join in. Please note, this will not be a teaching session - You'll receive a drawing theme, or simply flow from the energy you feel - Continuous attendance organically enhances your drawing creativity - Attend to draw or work on your personal projects in the Zoom front room with others as a community 'getting creative' with no pressure to be perfect - This is your space to breathe, your time to create, or to sit quietly throughout - At the end, everyone will be asked to share what they did in their time BUDDY SYSTEM with ANNE-MARIE BOND TAP.Dip DET Have you ever heard of a buddy system? When washing up, doing the ironing, or doing other chores, and someone else is there either doing the same thing or just present. Doesn't it feel like you get things done more quickly or are more inspired to finish a job? The Art Buddy (Anne) opens this space once a month so you can be accountable to 'get art stuff done'. Use any drawing or painting mediums of your choosing. New members sometimes attend with a pencil or pen. Be as decorative as you like and bring felt pens or markers! Afterwards, students share what they used their time for, what was created, or what they got organised. You are most welcome to bring a friend or come alone. At the Class Begins 1 Anne-Marie will introduce the session and greet you and others by name 2 The Zoom room doors will be locked (don't be late or you'll miss it!) 3 Soft introduction to a meditative talk, free flow, unscripted to support you 4 Guided offerings of the theme to draw, or choose sit and meditate, relax 5 Come with an agenda of what you want to draw, or follow the voice vibration 6 Soft music played, meditative affirmations spoken throughout by Anne-Marie Entry Level * No prior art skills required, you could just be a doodler, a matchstick drawer * Complete beginners to Advanced artists welcome, it's a space for all * Requirements are to arrive 5 mins earlier and 'stay' the full duration * You choose which art materials you wish to bring along Please bring a QUOTE with you!
